Function • Der DOSITAINER ® is placed on the feeding station with an AGV and additionally fixed in its position if vibration discharge support is available. • The dosing screw is docked with low dust via a docking collar. The drive for the dosing screw is permanently installed in the feeding station. • Exact dosing is achieved by coarse/fine switching of the dosing screw. A closure at the screw head prevents product trickling. The discharge area of the dosing screw is cleaned by blow-in points in the discharge housing (opt.).
