Function • The sack pallet is placed on the pallet location and the position of the sacks is detected by an AI-based camera system. • A robot with vacuum gripper takes the sack from the pallet and lifts it onto the SE25Ex sack discharger in the correct orientation. • The sack is transported into the housing, cut open at the bottom, swung down and completely emptied. The control system monitors and optimizes the emptying process. • After emptying, the sack is thrown into a screw conveyor by an ejector and compressed in a baling press.
