Container securely closed and safely docked

Preferred applications • Use in container plants with several dosing points • Protection of container contents from external contamination • Decoupled docking of dosing points to containers, which in this case is part of the scale Special advantages • Avoidance of „dust plumes“ on freshly filled containers • Closed containers along the production line • Avoidance of force shunts during the weighing process • Exact weighing results • Suction during filling process • Reduction of the amount of dust to a minimum

Function • The containers are transported lengthwise into the plant by means of a roller conveyor. • At the first scale, the container is positioned under the dosing unit. • The lid is lifted and moved sideways • Docking establishes the connection between the dosing unit and the container. • After completed dosing, the container is undocked, the lid is put back and placed on the container. • Further transport of the container in closed condition to the next scale.
