Economical conveying, dosing, weighing and mixing

Preferred applications • Discontinuous and gravimetric feeding. • Mixing and coloring of granules with masterbatch, reclaim, pigments and additives. • Capacity range from 150 kg/h to 2.5 t/h. • Individual feeding or collective feeding with common blower and secondary filter possible. • Easy combination with high-precision feeding and weighing units such as FLEXIDOS ® and AZODOS ® as well as continuous gravimetric systems. Special advantages • Conveying, dosing, weighing and mixing in one compact system • High repeatability due to accurate weighing and recording of all components

Function • Feeding takes place directly into the MIXOMAT via a vacuum conveying system or alternatively gravimetrically from an upstream container. • After the specified mixing time, the homogeneously mixed batch is transferred to the downstream process. • The geometry of the MIXOMAT enables optimum residue discharge • As a MIXOMAT scale, the MIXOMAT can be used directly above an extruder • For high throughputs, a conveyor scale can be connected upstream of the MIXOMAT
