Receiver with free outlet cross-section

Preferred applications • In pneumatic conveying systems for safe feeding of processing machines. • Receiver is designed for extremely light, fibrous bulk materials • Bulk material feeding into the conveying line can be .e.g. from bags, drums, containers or silos • Installation, e.g. on machine hoppers of a processing machine, in order to separate the bulk material directly into the downstream system. Special advantages • Stainless chrome-nickel steel design, robust construction. • Large and free outlet cross-section due to special flap. No interfering contours such as flap discs present • Pendulum pipe for displaced air • Piston vibrator for discharge support • Easy interior inspection due to swivel device on the lid

Function • By means of negative pressure, the bulk material is sucked from the product feeding point via the conveying line into the receiver. • After conveying time has elapsed or the detector has been triggered, conveying stops, the discharge flap opens and the material flows out. • Pendulum pipe provides pressure equalization with the downstream part of the plant, so that light bulk material can fall down without resistance. • The special flap opens around an external pivot point, thus freeing the entire outlet cross-section. • The filter is flushed with compressed air and differential pressure covered.
