Function • The integrated dosing screw transports the bulk material into the screen housing. The bulk material is dosed by adjusting the screw speed via a frequency converter. • The separately driven rotor with swirl bars takes over the bulk material and gently swirls it through the screen basket. The fine material falls through the screen, the coarse material is discharged at the coarse material outlet. • The integrated pull-out device allows the screen basket to be easily pulled out of the screen housing and swiveled to the side for inspection. This enables a precise inspection and, if necessary, replacement to be carried out quickly. • The built-in baffle plate prevents too much fines from entering the coarse material outlet.
