Function • The robot doses raw material with a shovel from a box into a scale with a preset amount of granu late. • A camera measures the fill level in the box so that the robot always removes product at the hig hest level. If there is only a small amount of gra nules left in the box, the robot can „scrape up“ the remains with the shovel. • After each batch, the granules are conveyed from the scale hopper into a 3D-printed cyclone sepa rator and back into the box via a buffer tank. • The coarse and fine dosing functions are imple mented via the control system.
