Safety and control in intra- and extra-logistics

Preferred application • As a transport and storage container for critical and cost-intensive bulk goods in intra- and extra logistics. • As an automation-capable, mobile storage container for bulk goods that are delivered in small packages. • The bulk material can be transferred into the container via transfer stations or filled directly into the container by the raw material supplier. Special advantages Container: • Display of important parameters after filling and emptying the container via the Active Label with QR code on a voltage-free e-paper display. • High product and operator safety thanks to analog and digital pressure display as well as mechanical pressure relief valve and spring-closing butterfly valves. • The Aspion L-Track provides GPS location and shock monitoring as well as monitoring of environmental data such as humidity and temperature, thus documenting the storage, emptying and transportation of the container.

Special advantages Discharge station: • The emptying station enables the container to be emptied fully automatically • High operating convenience thanks to automatic docking of the container and the gas and compressed air lines (e.g. for inertization). • Connection to downstream systems (pneumatic conveying, gravimetric systems) • Simple fill level control and monitoring of the container contents using load cells and O2 monitoring. • No annoying cables thanks to wireless power and signal transmission.
